What counts as a billable conversation
“A call counts toward your usage when AI Receptionist actively engages with the caller. Calls that AI Receptionist identifies as spam ... do not count. A text conversation starts when AI Receptionist first responds to an incoming message. That conversation stays open for up to 24 hours.”
